Cosme Prosthetics, located in the heart of San Jose, California, was established in January 2017 by Sean Cosme, CDT, CST. With over thirty years of specialized experience in removable dental prosthetics, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the local dental community. Our services include chair-side clinical mounting, attachment pickups, custom shades, All-On-4 in-house conversions, and final seating of the Conus Concept Bridge. At Cosme Prosthetics, we specialize in full-mouth reconstruction, fabrication of full and partial dentures, implant bridges & overdentures.

As a CDT (Certified Dental Technologist), Sean demonstrates a significant mastery of knowledge and applied skills in dental technology. The CDT designation is a mark of excellence, placing him among a group of individuals at the top of the dental technology profession. This group forms a basis for networking, professional recognition, friendships, and life-long learning.

We value personalized relationships and communication with our clinicians to create a customized, precision-fitting dental prosthesis. Our chairside services include a variety of options for removable and implant products. Our technical assistance for restorative and surgical clinicians using the All-on-4 or "teeth in a day" procedure and the growing demand of the ATLANTIS Conus Concept overdenture ensures higher success rates and predictable outcomes.

Dental Continuing Education (CE)

At Cosme Prosthetics, we are committed to sharing our knowledge and expertise with the dental community through hands-on courses and lunch & learns. Our courses cover specialized and traditional techniques for removable prosthetics and implant-retained and supported cases for clinicians. We also provide educational opportunities for team members and RDA assistants.
