Snell Casting has been in operation since 1983, with a rich history that dates back to the early 1970s. Our founder, Robert Snell, began his journey in the world of jewelry as a student at Sacramento State University. He was recognized for his exceptional skills and soon became a student teacher. Upon graduating, Robert started designing and creating custom, handcrafted jewelry, selling his unique creations in galleries across California. This tradition of quality and excellence has been passed down through three generations, with our current operations manager, Aimee Yorba, committed to the same ideals as her father. Our dedication to excellence has made us a leader in the design and mass production of gold, silver, and bronze jewelry components for artisan jewelry designers worldwide.

Our precision investment casting process involves proprietary alloys of bronze, karat gold, and sterling silver. We also provide finishing techniques such as cast & clip and tumble finish. Our aim is to provide the highest quality of jewelry components utilizing the Lost Wax casting process. Each step of the casting process is closely monitored to ensure the highest level of quality.
