Meet Our Team
Our team of physical therapists is led by Farah Gohari, who created Innovative Physical Therapy in 1999. Farah specializes in a variety of manual therapy techniques, including Astym, dry needling, cold laser therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Nicholas Notario, our PT Lead, has over two decades of experience in orthopedic rehab, sports injuries, pediatric dysfunction, pelvic floor issues, and urinary incontinence. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and staying at the forefront of advancements in the field.

Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Treatment
Amy Herrmann gave a 2-star review after having a poor experience with the owner of Innovative Physical Therapy. She had been going to the facility for two weeks, enjoying the professional and encouraging staff. However, when the owner took over, the experience changed drastically. She observed employees being berated in front of clients, which was unprofessional and created a toxic environment. Furthermore, the owner felt her surgical scar and expressed concern for her husband, an unwarranted comment. Amy felt uncomfortable and ultimately canceled her appointments, deciding to seek physical therapy elsewhere.

Aspen Ford gave a 2-star review due to poor treatment, stating that the therapists would leave her alone during exercises without ensuring she was doing them correctly. Kendal Planas, on the other hand, was concerned about the lack of precautions taken during the pandemic. She felt that the facility was not taking necessary measures to protect patients and employees, including not wearing masks or gloves. She decided to cancel her appointment and left the facility.
