Assisted Living on Broadway is an RN-owned and operated secured assisted living community specializing in the care of those with memory loss, Alzheimer's or other dementia. We believe that a home setting with an extended family environment is the best possible assisted living situation for our residents with Alzheimer's, dementia or other memory loss.
Our Services
Assisted Living on Broadway provides our residents with individual care and respect in a warm, family setting. We are an RN-owned and operated community that believes in maintaining our residents' dignity while they receive assistance with their needs. Physicians and other care providers attend to the residents in the comfort of the home. Our RN Administrator regularly assesses each resident, and is on site regularly and on call 24/7. Caregiving staff receives regular training to understand the needs of those with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory loss.
Our pricing for memory care is all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional monthly charges for services related to ADLs, such as showering, lifting, incontinence management, dressing, or medication administration. Pricing is considered moderate for the industry, and the entry rate remains the same for 2 years. Memory care involves an increased level of assisted living. The home and outdoor area are secured to prevent wandering. Daily records are kept of a resident's routine including hydration and food intake.
Our Features
Our community provides a beautiful large common area where daily activities and common household routines occur, lending a comfortable, familiar setting for residents. Our home-cooked meals are prepared fresh from wholesome ingredients, and holiday meals with families are a tradition. We have a secured outdoor area for meals, visits with family, activities, and for taking a stroll around the walking path. Our activities are scheduled daily, including exercise, artwork, performances or sing-a-longs with musicians, and pet therapy. We also incorporate Montessori activities, including both group and solo activities for cognitive engagement.
