Services

Our services include a range of treatments such as Myofascial release, Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Joint mobilization, Soft tissue mobilization, Spinal manipulation, Manual traction, Muscle energy techniques, Trigger point release, Active isolated stretching, Post-Operative Rehabilitation, Instrumented soft tissue mobilization (ISTM), Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Speed and agility training, Titleist Performance Institute Golf Certification (TPI), Balance Training, Strength, Conditioning, and Functional Training. We also offer Kinesio/Dynamic -Taping.

Our Approach

Our approach is centered around providing personalized care to each patient. We believe that movement is medicine and that individualized treatment is key to achieving optimal results. Our highly experienced therapists spend 30 minutes one-on-one with each patient, providing an emphasis on manual therapy techniques and muscle re-education. Additional time may be spent with aide-assisted exercises, stretches, and modalities to further enhance the treatment.

Insurance

We understand the importance of maintaining a high standard of care while also respecting the constraints of managed health care. We are contracted with specific PPO plans, TriCare & TriWest for the military, their families, and veterans, as well as workers' compensation insurances. We also operate as an out-of-network provider, ensuring that we can tailor our treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient.
