At Life Reflections, our team of licensed therapists provides confidential telehealth services to individuals aged 13 and up. We offer a wide range of services, including counseling sessions, workshops, and additional services such as mediated conflict resolution and professional supervision. Our staff is composed of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering environment for our clients.

Meet Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Meet Judy Kramer, our owner and therapist, who has over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. Our team also includes Cynthia Randall, Michael McCauley, Sheena Nicholson, and Crystal Stroud, each with their own unique set of skills and expertise.

Meet Our Therapy Dogs

We believe that therapy dogs can play a vital role in the therapeutic process. Meet Ziggy, our friendly miniature schnauzer who joins our therapists in sessions and provides comfort and companionship to our clients. We also have Chester, a gentle doberman pinscher who resides behind the scenes and occasionally barks to remind us he's there. And Arlo, our newest therapy dog in training, who is still learning the ropes. We also remember Rio, our beloved mini schnauzer who passed away in 2013, and Zoe, our wise and experienced leader of the pack who also passed away in 2013.

Additional Services

In addition to providing counseling sessions and workshops, our staff is also available for professional consultations, conflict resolution, and professional supervision. We accept private insurance and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients' needs.
