I, Ronald Yessian, am the owner of this S-Corporation and have been in business since 1975. I am licensed and bonded with The Internal Revenue Service, The Franchise Tax Board, and the State of California. My office was initially located in my parent's home in Rosemead, California from 1975 to 2010, and I have since moved to my current home office in Chino, California in 2011.

My goal is to offer my customers affordable, fast, reliable, and confidential services. I am available all year for services or questions. I believe in providing a full spectrum of professional services, from processing individual Income Tax returns to filling out and submitting Articles of Incorporation. I offer a range of services including Accounting, Bookkeeping, Corporation and LLC Setup, Document preparation, Payroll Processing, Tax Preparation, Business and Personal Notary, Fax, and Copy services.
