Our Story

Our CEO, Dave Eustice, brings over 26 years of military experience to the table, with 23 of those years serving as a Noncommissioned Officer. During his time in the Minnesota Army National Guard, he held various leadership roles, including Area NCOIC, Production Sergeant Major, and Command Sergeant Major. His experience in recruiting and retention has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to build a high-performing team.
