Our community has income guidelines based on the size of your household and gross annual income. The guidelines are as follows:

• 5 Persons: $69,300
• 6 Persons: $74,460

Pet Policy

We welcome two pets per apartment home. The maximum weight limit is 35lbs, and there is a pet fee of $250 due at move-in and a $30 pet rent per month per pet. No aggressive breeds are allowed, and all pets must be on a leash at all times outside of your apartment. Please call for complete pet policy information.
