Pollok's Market and Deli is a family-owned and operated business with a rich history spanning over 150 years. Founded on a tradition of crafting delicious and authentic sausage, we take pride in offering a variety of premium meats and smoked goods.

Our Humble Beginnings

In 1854, Marcian and Mary Pollok arrived in America from the upper Silesian area of Poland. Carrying a treasured family recipe for "Polski Kielbasa" (Polish Sausage), Marcian began making sausage for his family and friends. This tradition of sausage making would become the foundation of our company.

Generations of Quality

Over the generations, the Pollok family has meticulously honed their craft. Alex Pollok, Marcian's son, expanded the business in the 1920s and 30s, establishing a "Butcher Shop" and sharing his beloved sausage with the community. His son, Ray Pollok, further grew the business in the 1950s by initiating a wholesale route. Today, his children, Alex, Patsy, and Leslie, continue the family legacy with their dedication to quality and tradition.
