We offer new and pre-owned park model RVs designed for seasonal living. Our Kropf Park Models feature spacious layouts and premium finishes, with customization options available through our on-site design center. Units include turnkey setups ready for immediate occupancy.
Screen Room Installation
Dura Bilt screen rooms provide three-season outdoor living spaces for park models. Our custom installations protect against insects while maintaining lake breeze access. Rooms are tailored to individual unit dimensions and owner preferences.
Boat Slip Rentals
Private boat slips with direct lakefront access accommodate vessels up to 22 feet. Custom pier modifications available for special needs including handicapped accessibility and boat lifts. Located directly in front of park model units.
Security Gates
Gated community with restricted access ensures resident safety. Annual lease holders receive entry credentials. Visitor access requires prior arrangement with on-site management for security verification.
Seasonal Rentals
Permanent site rentals available April 1 through October 31 annually. Waterfront lots include scenic lake views and sunset vistas. Leases include access to park amenities and lake activities during operating season.
