1. Scanning the pool - Upon arrival, we scan the pool to ensure that the water level is ideal. Having the water level too high or too low can damage the pool equipment.
2. Checking and balancing the chemicals - If the chemistry is off, it can have disastrous effects on your pool water quality, pool surface, and pool equipment. It can also cause skin and eye irritation for users. We test and balance the chemicals to ensure that your pool water is safe and clean.
3. Checking the equipment and emptying the baskets - Keeping the skimmer basket and pump basket clean will ensure good circulation in the pool. Checking the equipment includes filter pressure, motor noises, timer or automated system issues, and scanning for water leaks around the equipment area.
4. Cleaning the pool - Skimming all the leaves, cleaning the tiles, vacuuming the bottom, and brushing the walls and step areas each week keep the pool looking good and reduce the chemical use and prevent equipment failure.
5. Cleaning and backwashing the filter - Backwashing and cleaning filters when needed will remove bacteria, algae, and other organic matter from the pool. It ensures a clean and blue pool.

We offer high-grade chemical service packages that include water testing and balancing, as well as equipment monitoring. We also offer a pristine cleaning service package that includes netting the surface, tile brushing, wall brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, and backwashing the filter.
