What vaccines are required for boarding?
We require Rabies, Bordetella (6-month booster), DAV2PPv, and Lepto vaccines. CIV is recommended but not mandatory.
Can I bring my pet's food?
Yes, we recommend bringing your pet's regular food to avoid stomach issues. We provide house food at $6/day if needed.
Do you offer medical boarding?
We do not provide medical boarding but can administer simple oral/topical medications at no extra charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Grooming deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours. Boarding deposits require 48-hour notice during holidays.
Are group play sessions mandatory for daycare?
Group play requires spaying/neutering for pets over 6 months. Individual play is available as an alternative.
How do you handle flea infestations?
Pets with fleas receive mandatory flea baths and Capstar treatment. Our facility uses monthly pest control measures.
