Our journey started with our owner, Michael Affinito, who was inspired by the culinary arts from a young age. Growing up, he spent countless hours in his family's pizza shop, learning the art of pizza-making and experimenting with new recipes. His passion for cooking led him to attend the Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated with a degree in culinary arts. Michael further honed his skills at a Mario Batali Restaurant in New York City and traveled to Napoli, Italy to work firsthand with some of the world's best pizzaiolos.

Michael's vision for Via Napoli Express was to create a unique dining experience that brings the natural flavors of Napoli to any location. Our state-of-the-art food truck is equipped with an authentic Italian wood-fired oven, ensuring that every pizza is made using centuries-old techniques that Neapolitan masters use.
