• Mediation: Mediation saves parties money and time, and gives them the opportunity to close a difficult chapter in their lives. As a registered mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR), we handle general civil case mediations in State, Superior and Magistrate court cases throughout the State of Georgia, primarily in the area of personal injury.

Our Attorney

Peter Bricks is a licensed member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia since 2006. His practice consists primarily of representing parties injured through the negligence of someone else in various personal injury cases. As a trial attorney, Peter has experience dealing with insurance companies throughout the claims process, from the moment of the accident all the way through a jury verdict. He also represents consumer debtors in the filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the Metro Atlanta area in the Northern District of Georgia. Peter is also a registered mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR).

Peter has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Superior and State Courts, and all lower courts. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
