Sepi Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. was established in 1994, two years after Hurricane Andrew devastated parts of Miami-Dade County and all of Homestead, Florida. Our principal, Rick Hernandez, was working with Sherwin-Williams Paint Company as an outside Representative. Prior to the hurricane hitting his territory, Rick was Assistant Store Manager, then Store Manager, and finally as a Representative. It is here where Rick learned about paints, coating, and waterproofing.

For over 30 years, Sepi Painting & Waterproofing has been providing top-quality, high-level services to Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Hospitality, Condominiums, Shopping Centers, and Apartment Buildings, for Commercial Painting, Waterproofing, and Concrete Restoration.
