Our team of professionals provides consistent and quality home health care in the comfort of your own home, personal care home, or assisted living facility. We work closely with your physicians to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Home Health Care Services
Our comprehensive services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Worker, and Certified Nurse Aide. Our skilled nurses are certified in the use of KCI Wound V.A.C. and provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Our Speech Therapists are trained in Vital Stim Therapy, Interactive Metronome, and the Iowa Oral Performance Instrument. Additionally, our certified mental health nurses offer services such as coping skills, relaxation techniques, medication instruction, assessment, and management, as well as referrals to community services.
