Our Vision

The Galleries at CCBC aim to promote awareness of, and access to, contemporary visual arts within the college and local communities. We believe that access to all types of art and content is integral to the enrichment of our community.

Our Mission

From "fine" art to "functional" art, from social commentary to media mastery, we curate a diverse range of artworks and artists to offer:

• Engaging Exhibitions: We host regular exhibitions showcasing the work of local and regional artists, covering diverse styles and mediums.
• Compelling Events: Our diverse programming includes artist talks, workshops, gallery talks, and performances.
• Accessible Learning: We foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages dialogue, learning, and experimentation.

Our Space

The Galleries at CCBC consist of three unique galleries across the three main campuses of the Community College of Baltimore County. Each gallery space offers a distinct atmosphere, perfectly suited to the diverse programming we present.
