Where We Plan

While we are based in Orlando, Florida, we love traveling and designing in new spaces. We primarily serve Central and North Florida couples, but we are also available for destination weddings in South Florida and beyond.

Katie Scully, Owner + Wedding Director: Katie is a people-serving, detail-loving, go-getter with a passion for design and a love for connecting with people. She has a background in hospitality and event management, and her experience working with luxury brands and high-end clientele has given her the skills and expertise to manage big and small projects with ease. Katie is committed to making sure your wedding day is absolutely perfect for you and your soon-to-be spouse.

Em Gibbons, Sr. Lead Wedding Planner: Em has a discerning eye and a calming presence, making her a valuable asset to the Blue Ribbon Weddings team. She has a background in criminal justice, but her strengths in challenging situations and her attention to detail made her realize her true calling was in wedding planning. Em is dedicated to ensuring that every wedding is executed flawlessly and that every couple has a stress-free and enjoyable planning experience.
