Our President, Carey Rockwell, has over 30 years of commercial roofing experience. He began his career at Centimark Corp., one of the nation's largest commercial roofing companies, where he assisted in creating proposals and assigned pricing for projects. Carey was chosen by the owner of Centimark to expand the company from Atlanta, Georgia to Dallas, Texas. During his time at Centimark, he negotiated numerous projects with Fortune 500 companies, including hospital groups, real estate investment trusts, and national hotel chains. In 1993, he negotiated the company's first international deal with Ford Motor Company in Mexico, valued at $1.3 million.

In 1999, Carey left Centimark to form his own commercial roofing company, which became Thermal Guard Roof Systems. Since its inception, Thermal Guard has grown to specialize in schools, churches, industrial buildings, malls, and hotels such as Holiday Inn, Marriott Double Tree, and Hampton Inns. Our services extend across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, with installations ranging from San Juan, Puerto Rico to San Diego, California.

Carey Rockwell remains a hands-on CEO and President of Thermal Guard, personally conducting all roof inspections to ensure that our clients receive the most professional and honest recommendations for their roofing needs.
