Dyke Vandenburgh's passion for jewelry design began in 1970, when he started creating one-of-a-kind gold and platinum pieces in his small craft studio. He showcased his work in regional art fairs and consigned his pieces to local art galleries. In 1977, Dyke established his design studio in downtown Lake Oswego, where he has since become one of the most renowned jewelry designers in the Northwest. Our team, consisting of Dyke, Toni, Lisa, and Jennifer, shares a passion for jewelry and a commitment to creating only the finest in custom design.
Custom Design Process
At Dyke Vandenburgh Jewelers, we believe that designing jewelry requires a vision. Our custom design process begins with a consultation, where our experienced team helps you create a tailor-made piece that fits your personal style. We utilize an extensive portfolio of previously commissioned pieces to inspire and refine your design ideas. Once you approve the design, we create an exact dimensional rendering or sketch. The wax model is then crafted, followed by lost-wax casting in the metal of your choice. The finishing process involves polishing, setting gemstones, and bringing your piece to life.
