Our leadership team consists of professionals with extensive backgrounds in the law enforcement sector. Our founder, Det. John M. Aubrey (retired), had a 20-year career with the Louisville Police Department, including 18 years as a detective and seven years on the Louisville SWAT team. He also spent eight years on the Louisville Dive team. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Police Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

Sgt. Chris J. Boyer, another key member of our leadership team, has 15 years of experience as a Louisville Metro Police Officer. He spent two years as a Burglary Detective, ten years as a Supervisor, and seven years as the Supervisor of the Louisville Police Dive Team. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois, with a minor in Mathematics, and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute at the University of Louisville.

Our team has extensive experience in handling off-duty scheduling and management for major events such as the National Street Rod Show, which we managed for ten years, covering 2000 man-hours. We also provided security services for the prestigious Kentucky Derby and Oaks.
