In 1994, Lynbrook of Annapolis was founded by bringing together the work experiences of Raymond Gauthier and Bryan Beauchemin with over 40 years in the trade. Ray learned the craftsmanship of the building trade from his father. In addition to their construction management expertise, Ray and Bryan also know the importance of good financial practices and controlling costs.
