• Deborah L. Mann, President and Owner, who has been in top management for over 33 years in the retail and service industries. She believes that customer service and giving back to the community are the keys to success in the business world today.
• Robert V. Mann, Executive Vice President and Owner, who has been in the HVACR industry for more than 45 years. He is a strong believer in staying current in education and certification for all employees.
• Rick Rhodes, Operations Manager/Senior Sales Associate, who has been in operation management since 1987. He started with Mann Refrigeration, Inc. in July 2004 as an Install Technician and has worked his way up to his current role.
