The East End Counselor's Association (EECA) is a vibrant community of passionate school counselors dedicated to supporting the academic, career, and personal development of students across the East End of Long Island. Founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, we empower school counselors to be effective change agents in their communities.

Our Mission

Guided by the principles of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) and the New York State School Counselors Association (NYSSCA), the EECA fosters:
