Our Team

Our leadership team consists of Chui S. Chan and Michael J. Siptrott. Chui is a former officer with the 10th Mountain Division and a West Point graduate, while Mike is a former Master Sergeant at Ft. Drum and retired in 2006. Together, we understand the unique needs of the military community in the North Country and the challenges they face. We've built a reputation for providing the best possible service to our clients, whether they're property owners or tenants.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property management, real estate sales, and property maintenance. As a former landlord and real estate broker, our owner, Mike, has personally purchased, managed, and sold his own real estate and investment property for over 15 years. He's applied his vast experience and expertise to create a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.
