Our Services

We offer a diverse range of services, including site preparation, site clearing, grading, foundation excavation, trucking, earthworks, beach restoration, drainage, sanitary, golf course build, and off-road courses design and build. Our expertise spans from high-end residential projects to coastal revetment and site development.

History

EarthWorks was founded in 2012 by Brett Loving with the goal of taking on high-end residential projects, coastal revetment, and site development. We quickly established ourselves as the go-to contractors for projects that required acute attention to detail and planning. Our portfolio includes projects ranging from $10 to $30 million, working with clients such as Bulgin and associates, Dan Scotti, Massachusetts Board of Trustees, and Ford Motor Company.

Past Projects

Some of our notable past projects include working with global scientist Wendi Goldsmith on high-caliber projects, including a Montauk coastal emergency home relocation project and coastal revetment and shoreline repair in Massachusetts. We have also had the privilege of working on homes for celebrities such as Jimmy Buffet, Neil Patrick Harris, and Paul Simon, as well as handling site work for Ford Motor Company's off-road course build.

Future Plans

Our future plans include continuing to generalize contract projects in the Hamptons market, focusing on procuring a portfolio containing projects from start to finish. We are currently working on three projects similar in scale, all located in Southampton on ocean front properties.
