Meet Joe, officially a teacher, basketball and track coach at Frederick's Thunder Valley K-8, and a football coach at Loveland High. Joe is the pitmaster that cooks up the best Cajun food west of Louisiana! Meet Nikki, a research associate at CSU with a background in fine arts. Nikki bakes up some amazing desserts and will custom make a cake for any occasion!
