Nicola Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant is a beloved institution in Lambertville, New Jersey. Founded in 1968 by Nicolo Maltese, it's the oldest family-owned restaurant in the area. Nicolo's passion for Italian cuisine was ignited by his experiences in a New York City pizzeria, where he worked alongside his wife, Stella, to create a menu that would soon become a staple in the community.
