Property Management and Staff
The property manager, Becca, was highly praised for her exceptional service, honesty, and friendliness. She went above and beyond to ensure tenants felt comfortable and at home, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
Amenities and Features
The property's play area and pool were highlighted as great amenities, particularly during warm weather. The availability of a washer and dryer in the apartment was also mentioned as a positive feature.
Issues and Concerns
Some reviewers mentioned that the property was overpriced for what it offered. Parking was a significant issue, with not enough spots available and a flooding problem in the parking lot. Additionally, some tenants found the quiet hours, which started at 8pm, to be annoying. The distance from parking to some apartments was also seen as a drawback.
