Our Story
Founded by Lucio "Coach" Prado, our restaurant embodies the spirit of family, tradition, and hospitality. Coach's passion for Mexican cuisine was ignited by his journey to Michoacan, Mexico, where he discovered the rich flavors and heritage of his ancestors. He, along with his brother Hugo and cousin Mike, brought this culinary legacy to the heart of Idaho.
