If there's ever an error in gross or net pay for any employee on your team, your next payroll processing fee will be discounted by the lesser of $50 or 50% of your payroll processing fee. To ensure accurate calculations, we require payroll submissions via PlatinumPay, PlatinumPay Xpress, email, or fax before processing. Any errors must be reported within five days of payday. All payroll hours must be totaled when submitting payroll.
Guaranteed Two-Business Hour Response to Phone Calls/Emails: We value your time and understand the importance of prompt communication. In the unlikely event you reach voicemail, we guarantee a call back within two business hours. If you don't receive a call back within this timeframe, your next payroll processing fee will be discounted by the lesser of $50 or 50% of your payroll processing fee as compensation for the inconvenience.
