Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been with the company for many years. Dayton C. Macatee, P.E., the founder and managing member, has over 35 years of engineering design and project management experience. Phillip J. Fisher, our vice president, has been with the company since 2003 and has played a key role in the management, planning, and design of various projects.

Our professional services include civil engineering, drainage design and studies, storm water detention design, grading design, water and wastewater design, site paving and dimensional control, roadway planning and design, erosion control and storm water quality, feasibility studies, due diligence research, site planning and land planning, concept plans, planned development district exhibits, zoning, special use permits, and variance representation. We also offer construction phase services such as construction layout, construction phase problem resolution, bid quantities assistance, and help in identifying qualified contractors.
