Welcome to Hill's Auction, a family-owned and operated auction and appraisal service located in Landenberg, PA. We are situated on Route 896, just two miles from the PA-DE-MD corner. Our auction sales feature a wide range of antique collectibles to modern housewares, including a large assortment of antique, period, and modern furniture. Occasionally, we hold special sales between our regularly scheduled auctions.

At Hill's Auction, we pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive range of services to both buyers and sellers. For buyers, we offer previews of upcoming auctions, allowing you to inspect items before bidding. Our auctions are conducted with a live auctioneer, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience. Additionally, we provide absentee bid services for those who cannot attend in person. For sellers, we offer competitive commissions for consigned items and assistance with estate services, including appraisals and pick-ups of large estates and house clean-outs.

Our Services

We understand the importance of transparency and detail in our services. Our auction process is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants. Our terms of sale are straightforward, with all purchases requiring payment in full on the day of the sale. Payments include a 6% PA Sales Tax and a 15% Buyer's Premium. We accept various payment options, including Cash, Approved Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card purchases. All sales are final, and items are sold as is, where is.
