History of The Leathery Company

The Leathery Company was founded in 1972 by one of Ohio's top commercial brokers, Donald L. Leathery. The company focused on developing and managing community strip shopping centers in Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania's non-metro markets. The firm also concentrated on partnering with its tenants to work together to bring customers the best shopping experience and environment that could be provided.

Donald L. Leathery, Jr. joined the firm in 1988 and has continued its tradition of bringing clients and tenants first-class service and integrity. Today, The Leathery Company owns, manages, and leases over two million square feet of retail, office, and warehouse space.
