Our Story

Named after our two beloved rescue cats, Jackson & Callie, our shop is the brainchild of Kristen Hardman and her husband, Jim. With a background in operating a successful gift shop in Lake Placid, we saw an opportunity to bring something unique to the Plattsburgh area. After much planning and deliberation, we opened Jackson & Callie in the fall of 2016. Our success is not just due to our efforts, but also because of the support of our customers who have become stakeholders in our journey.
