Our story began in 1983, when Tim Froelich started his company with a phone book, a drafting table, and an abiding faith. With humble beginnings in a small office, we have grown to become a leading engineering firm in the Western United States, expanding to three offices in Portland, Bend, and Denver. Throughout our journey, we have remained committed to our mission of bringing innovative, comprehensive partnerships to the engineering design experience.

- Civil Engineering: Our civil engineering department works on site development, stormwater management, and permitting processes with local jurisdictions.

We pride ourselves on a grow-from-within approach to staff development, and many of our current associates and project managers started as Engineering Interns (EI) or Engineers in Training (EIT).
