Our Location
Located at 2401 W. Stewart, Puyallup, WA 98371, our clinic is easily accessible and conveniently located. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
