Our Story

Our journey began with a passion to provide exceptional care to individuals with TBI. Our founder, Cindy Solomita, experienced firsthand the challenges of caring for a loved one with a TBI, and her dedication to creating a better support system led to the establishment of Compassionate Care of Central New York. Today, we are proud to be a licensed home care agency and a premier provider of adult day programs in the Southern Tier region.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to support individuals with TBI and other conditions, including:

• Personal Home Care: Our trained and certified personal care aides and home health aides provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, meal preparation, medication management, and more.
• Structured Day Program: Our community-based social model program focuses on socialization and skill-building opportunities, helping individuals build relationships and achieve their goals.
