Segray is a leading developmental preschool program in the Los Angeles area, offering a child-led curriculum for children ages one to six. Our two locations, Segray Eagle Rock and Segray at The Oaks, provide a nurturing environment where children can discover their unique talents and reach their full potential.

Our mission is to establish in our children a love for learning and a strong foundation for a happy, healthy life. We believe in the power of exploration, discovery, and creative play in a thoughtfully designed outdoor environment.

Our Founders

Segray was founded by two experienced and passionate educators, Annette Gladstone and Steve Heller. Annette brings over 30 years of expertise in early childhood education, while Steve, with a successful background in business leadership, brings a unique blend of perspectives and experiences to the table.

Annette Gladstone: A dedicated childcare advocate, Annette has nurtured young minds in Los Angeles since 1986. Her vision and nurturing spirit are the driving forces behind Segray's warm and stimulating atmosphere.

Steve Heller: Motivated by his desire for a well-rounded educational experience for his own child, Steve is driven to create a school that fosters a love for learning that extends far beyond the classroom walls.
