Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share a passion for creating quality environments for living, working, and relaxing. Richard Lara, Co-Founder & Chief Construction Officer, has over 25 years of construction industry management experience and a special interest in multi-unit projects, resulting in increased quality housing opportunities for seniors and low-income families. Lisa Lara, Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, oversees accounting, contracting, insurance requirements, and compliance programs, bringing her expertise in commercial and multifamily asset finance, loan marketing, and secondary mortgage sales to the table. Nick Wilson, Vice President & Field Operations, uses his extensive experience in building and designing throughout California to match skilled team members with each RAAM project, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and exceeding client expectations while respecting the overall budget.

• Forecasting & Scheduling: Our team develops and maintains detailed schedules and forecasts to ensure all projects are delivered on time. Our senior scheduler is a seasoned professional whose prior work experience includes serving major entities such as The Walt Disney Company.
• Design Collaboration: RAAM collaborates with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and design.
