How It Works

Precleaning Instructions

To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, please:

• Secure all pets
• Have cash payment ready
• Remove clutter and clear spaces
• Provide special requests in advance
• Note that we won't use your vacuum or wash your dishes

Billing and Service Agreement

Payment is due at the start of every scheduled visit. Failure to pay will result in cancellation, with a $45 service fee applied. We accept cash only; checks are not accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 48-hour notice required for cancellations and rescheduling
• Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees

Please refer to your contract for specific information regarding your cleaning schedule and any special requests. We strive to be prompt but may encounter delays. If we're running late, we'll notify you.
