First Tee Central Valley empowers young people to build essential life skills through the game of golf. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive learning experiences that foster character, confidence, and resilience in children and teenagers.

Empowering Young Golfers and Leaders

Our programs guide kids and teens (ages 5-17) as they hone their golf skills while developing essential life skills. Through interactive games, challenges, and mentorship, young golfers learn:

• Life Skills: Goal setting, decision making, maintaining a positive attitude, and understanding the importance of responsibility and integrity.
• Golf Fundamentals: Essential techniques for playing the game with proper technique, etiquette, and rules.

Unique Learning Experiences

At First Tee, we believe in learning through doing. Our signature Life Skills Experience integrates golf with life lessons, making the learning process engaging and impactful. Through creatively designed challenges, young golfers:
