Youth Sports Programs in Phillipsburg
Established in 1947, our organization was founded by Phillipsburg residents Robert Paulus and Robert Richards, who created the first baseball field for local youth behind Hill Street. Under Athletic Director Tootie Ritz, we expanded to football in the 1950s, adopting the Bulldogs name. Today, we serve children aged 5-14 across six sports, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and athletic fundamentals. Our volunteer-driven programs include Warren County Midget Football League participation, with 20-0 undefeated seasons in 2015-2016. We maintain two active fields and engage in community events like the Norwescap Clean-Up and Scarecrow Contest.

Our board of five elected members oversees operations, while dedicated coordinators manage individual sports programs. We provide structured leagues for flag football through varsity levels, baseball divisions from T-Ball to Juniors, competitive cheerleading teams, and basketball programs for grades 1-8. Our 65-year legacy continues teaching life skills through athletics, with registration open annually through TeamLinkt. The Brown and Gold tradition remains a source of community pride, inviting families to join our enduring sports family.
