New Roofs
We specialize in complete roof replacements using premium GAF materials with 30-year warranties. Our process includes tear-off of existing roofs, deck inspection, and installation of ice-and-water shield underlayment. Clients receive detailed material options and energy-efficient recommendations during free consultations. All installations meet Miami-Dade hurricane code requirements.
Roof Repair
Our 24/7 repair service addresses leaks, storm damage, and structural issues. Technicians use thermal imaging to detect hidden moisture and prioritize safety during high-wind events. We provide temporary tarping and permanent fixes with matching shingles. Most repairs include one-year warranty coverage.
Skylight Installation
We install ventilating and fixed skylights with custom flashing systems to prevent leaks. Our selection includes tubular skylights for narrow spaces and pyramid designs for modern aesthetics. All installations include roof penetration sealing and interior trim work. Clients receive maintenance guidelines for optimal performance.
Gutter Installation
Our seamless aluminum gutters feature 5-inch K-style profiles with leaf guards. We match existing architectural styles while optimizing downspout placement for proper drainage. Installation includes slope adjustments and secure fastening to withstand Florida storms. Annual inspections recommended for maximum longevity.
Roof Replacement
We handle complete roof system replacements from permit acquisition to final inspection. Services include debris removal, underlayment upgrades, and attic ventilation improvements. Clients choose between single-layer overlays or full tear-offs based on structural assessment. All work complies with Florida Building Code Chapter 17.
