At Proven Learning Solutions, we understand that every child learns differently. That's why we offer private one-to-one tutoring sessions using proven instructional materials and a qualified Teacher/Tutor in a comfortable environment. Our mission is to help children and their families find success, hope, and confidence by using research and evidence-based instructional materials, effective teaching methodologies, and by examining each child's unique learning style.

Principles of Instruction

Our programs are designed with several key principles in mind. We use a Simultaneous, Multi-sensory approach to teaching, which engages all learning pathways in the brain. We also follow a Systematic and Cumulative structure, ensuring that material builds logically and is reviewed regularly. Direct Instruction is used to teach concepts, and we incorporate Diagnostic Teaching to assess and adapt to individual needs. Finally, our programs include both Synthetic and Analytic Instruction to present both the whole and its parts.

Comfortable Environment

We believe that every child deserves a comfortable and private environment in which to learn. That's why our tutoring sessions are held in a private and comfortable setting, either in our office or in the comfort of your own home. We understand that children who are behind in a school subject often feel ashamed or embarrassed, which is why we strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space.
