Lumber pick-up is available Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 3:30 PM. Delivery scheduling requires advance coordination by appointment.
How do you handle order quality issues?
We inspect all products for milling defects before shipment. Returns are accepted for quality issues with a 20% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH bank transfers and business checks. Personal checks are not accepted for lumber purchases.
