Good Quality Equipment and Prompt Repair

Joel's injured worker was able to receive a walker delivered to their home same day, despite being discharged from the hospital, which he found very helpful.
Poor Service and Insurance Issues
Janey Trevino had a very negative experience with the company, giving them 1 star. She turned in a prescription two weeks ago and when she called to check on its status, she was told it wasn't ready. Despite being told it would only take 45 minutes, she was forced to wait even longer as the company didn't call her insurance until she arrived to pick up the prescription.
