Meet Our Team

Our team of holistic healing professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.

• Jennelle Thimmesch, LMT, CST, CZB: Jennelle is a family practice bodyworker and momma of four who provides supportive hands-on therapies for people of all ages. She is certified in Zero Balancing Bodywork, including Craniosacral and Visceral Manipulation forms, and has advanced training in Infant and Adult Craniosacral Therapy and Therapeutic Infant Movement. She has previously served as a homebirth attendant and certified doula.
• Sarah Dvorsak: Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communicative Disorders, with an emphasis in Neurobiology. She integrates many modalities in her work, including Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Chinese Medical Massage (TuiNa), Lymphatic drainage, fascial release, and visceral manipulation. She works with babies, children, adults, and elders.
• Jen Shepard, LMT: Jen has been practicing massage therapy for thirty years and has a structural basis for her massage with an eye toward specific muscular attachments. She combines different modalities into her own style, including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Her massage can be gentle and light or deep, depending on the needs of her clients. Jen is the owner of Massage For Health, LLC, and has a BS degree in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire.
