American Label Couriers is a family-owned business with a staff of three strong women. We have been serving the meat and poultry industry for over 50 years. We represent hundreds of meat and poultry producers to the Federal Government, from some of the very largest, nationally-recognized names, to small family ventures. Our warm and friendly staff make the difficult task of understanding and negotiating government regulations and processes much easier. We take a personal interest in assisting our clients and we look forward to serving you! We value building relationships with those we serve. Working your way through the USDA guidelines and regulations, as well as other government red tape can be a time-consuming, laborious task. This is our specialty! We will do the hard work so you don't have to! We are excited to help you through the process of submitting your labeling applications and obtaining USDA approval. If you need more extensive help, we also provide labeling consultation services.
Meet Our Team
Kathie Schirf started working in the world of labeling over 40 years ago while she was a student at the University of Maryland, with her sweet mother Lois who started this business. Kathie's expertise and years of experience will guide and assist you in the labeling submission process. She is married to a great guy (who was a high speed railroad engineer) and is the proud grandmother of five perfect grandchildren. She likes to cook, garden, and be with her family and friends. She especially enjoys a good pastry!
Amanda Cubello is very knowledgeable, familiar, and experienced within the labeling industry. She is dedicated to ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout the labeling process. Her extensive understanding of labeling regulations and her ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner make her an invaluable asset to our team.
